Am counting my blessings this morning....

ABC News had an interview last night with an orthopedic surgeon and his wife who were sheltering in a Tampa hospital.

He found out three weeks ago that he has leukemia and has been undergoing treatment at the hospital. They were in the hospital for Helene, and now again for Milton.

Their 2 year old daughter is with family in West Palm Beach while he is being treated.

Their house is in Sarasota and they had no idea what was going on there.

I was struck by how calm he was throughout the interview as they talked about what they've been going through.

Problems? I have no problems compared with this guy.

It certainly does put things into perspective!

Whoa, it does put things in perspective.
