      @wtg Oh! I need to watch this! My sleep quality is horrible most days. I don't have trouble getting to sleep, but I have a really hard time getting more than 6 hours/night, and often it's closer to 5. When I do get more and better quality sleep. I feel so much better.

      I also can't help but think that my ongoing problems with my foot and generalized joint pain would be better if I had better sleep on a consistent basis. ...

        I'll read this!

        I couldn't sleep, at all, last night. It was insomnia, not a disturbance in the neighborhood. (My neighbors on their best behavior).

        So, I took two naps today. I had to do it. But how will I get to sleep tonight?

        And then tomorrow we have that stupid time change, meaning it will be in effect tomorrow morning.
