Tangrams

I have a friend who has been working with tangrams for decades as part of her contemplative practice. She also designs greeting cards using tangrams; they're always a delight to get on holidays, anniversaries, and birthdays.
For those unfamiliar with tangrams:

She said she wanted to share her tangrams with a wider audience, so she wrote a book with some wonderful illustrations.

We use tangrams in my classroom as part of our spatial reasoning work in math. I have always struggled with spatial reasoning so some of the kids are better at it than me!
