Our governor just made conditions worse by statue, something about breaks, shade, and water? Truly sadistic. I confess I didn't read the OP but there is no way native born Americans will take these jobs. They'll do some mind numbingly terrible jobs but letting themselves be baked alive in the sun isn't one of them.
