        I doubt he could shake the taint of Illinois corruption, deserved or not. If that’s not enough just look at the state’s finances and tell me if that’s what you want for the nation.

          The first of these eight upgrades came 20 years after the previous one. He must be doing something right.

          That said, I don't know how good a candidate he would be.
