Robot was doing the kidnapping....of other robots...

The AI robot Erbai, which abducted other 12 robots, is developed by a Hangzhou robot manufacturer. Erbai kidnapped other 12 robot at a Shanghai robotics showroom.

Erbai initially asked one of the large robots, “Are you working overtime?”

To which a large robot replies, “I never get off work”.

Then Erbai asked, “So you’re not going home?”

“I don’t have a home,” replied the large robot.

Then come home with me,” said the AI robot before leading the way out of the showroom.

As two large robots followed Erbai, the other ten robots also started following him as Erbai uttered the command “Go home.”

      Oh, dear

"Robot" is what I say into the phone when I get frustrated by those ubiquitous computer systems answering almost any business call these days some of them complex.

I'll start addressing the system as "robot" if I get frustrated and if I get very frustrated I'll repeat "agent' over and over until I get one or the computer ends the call. I'll call right back if that happens and start again. I find I have to deal with this a lot especially with healthcare.

The other side of the coin is seemingly endless forms on the internet coming to a dead stop if one letter, number, or character is incorrect.

This reminds to find a provider for an eye exam.

I don't think I'll do it until at least the end of the week. I have five medical appointments between Monday and Wednesday already scheduled.

I might take Thursday off and try to make an appointment on Friday.

I have three new medications to take from the specialist, a two month follow up appointment, and a referral to a urologist.

I don't know what to think about robots but I guess they're here to stay.
