If you don't like the default color scheme, there are different skins available.
Click on your profile pic in the upper right hand corner.
Select Settings
Select a Skin (there's a dropdown with the various options) -

I had to resize the image (I made a shortcut in the Shortcuts app so I can do it from the share icon). Then I put Photos in split screen so I could drag the photo over. Way easier than uploading, IMO!
