HOA fees being raised to $7,500/ month ($90,000/ year), a 6x increase. The original HOA fees were between $150- $160/ month, then were raised to over $1,000, now are being raised to $7,500, for consecutive years, if I'm understanding it.
No explanation is being given that remotely begins to make sense.
This isn't a luxury develop. It's a small development with average sized houses.
So, the owners will be homeless, the value of their houses will be de facto $0.00 because they won't sell in the market, and the owners will be financially.
How can this criminality not be illegal?
