We've been having phenomenally lovely fall weather, much warmer than usual. This morning started out sunny but the clouds rolled in. A few minutes ago we heard a rumbling noise. Thought it was the neighbor moving her garbage toter around, but the noise lasted for a long time. Checked local radar and see this:

    Pop-up showers!

edit: The sun is out again....

Talking of sun & warmth, walking back from shopping in London I just saw a 5ft sunflower in bloom!
      It's nearly November

I couldn't image living in the upper MW climate. The weather seems like it would be brutal.

Weather here is mild, maybe a little warmer than I expected.

That could change in only another week.

We're getting 10- 12 constant winds. The humidity is low.

Late fall is great weather here.

        Hurricane season done.

I'd like to say 2nd consecutive year in FL with no hurricanes but one did hit the panhandle.

        We got lucky again.

'But as they said in one of the later Rocky movies, "Time...it's undefeated.".-- Mik
