I got it wrong about the law as it doesn't pertain to individual speech.
Also, it's not a law, in fact.
So, I withdrawal my statement.
That said, it doesn't take a genius to figure out who would want a law banning "hate" against a nation state.
A bizarre notion, this, imho.
