I don't know how this happened other than I saw an ad. Then I ended up taking a deep dive looking at this site.

I like silver. What I like best is yellow gold. I like platinum too.

The most important criterion I have about jewelry is that it results from craftsmanship.

I think costume jewelry is great but I don't like cheap jewelry that's mass-produced in factories. I've also read recently that it's made from toxic materials.

The jewelry on this site appeals to me as far as design that's creative but historical, and focused on architectural and religious motifs.

Some of it is 14 kt and 18 kt gold. A lot of it is combined silver with gold accents or vice versa.

You should feel free to mix different colored metals. Cartier does it with its famous Trinity product line.

This is the site. It sells the work of a list of jewelry companies.

These are the pieces on my list--

    Band ring, Meander pattern.

    Left hand ring finger.

    Signet ring. Right pinky finger.

This pattern reminds me of the four winds surrounding the sun logo of my alma mater.

See the top of this page. The logo's translation is (obviously) New College Florida 1960.

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/New_College_of_Florida

It's important to note that I graduated from New College of USF.

The original New College was a private school.

The post 2001 description of New College as an independent part of the state system is incomplete.

This period in the history of it has one name but the school when it became a separate part of the state system and the school after Governor DeSantis put a knife through it are completely different institutions.

I'm fond of my alma mater's logo all the same.

    This pendant.

I like bar pendants. This looks like a bar pendant with crosses on it to me.

On the chain pictured. It's a pattern called Forte in general. Notice the links have flat surfaces on them.

    https://athenagaia.com/collections/chains-silver/products/forzatina-chain-sterling-silver-4mm?_gl=1*asj9wy*_up*MQ..&gclid=Cj0KCQiApL7KBhC7ARIsAD2Xq3CL-qJmV9jrYNodOz98l9ne6b-IsCuRjcyPcormxT7xqcD9Nf6rdpcaAsFZEALw_wcB

It will be a long chain. I haven't decided but maybe 26".

These pieces are made by the same company.

I think they would make an enjoyable and practical set of jewelry for me after I move and sort out the new home and car logistics.

Take a look at the high end Geometric collection. I don't think it would be suitable for men but it's amazing.

I want to own this. The version with the red center stone and oxidized silver.

I can imagine the character of Catherine dé Medici in the series I'm watching wearing it on a long chain in the scene where she walks around the banquet hall and slashes the throats of her enemies.

      The Renaissance, indeed.

I'd never wear it. I'd keep it in a jewelry box and admire it in quiet moments.
