The headline says they got a "400%" pay raise through collective bargaining.

Somewhere in the article says in 2022 a Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader makes roughly $75,000 a year.

400% of $75,000 a year = $300,000 a year.

But the article does not reveal much about the actual terms in their new agreement. So I am not sure if it's really as simple as 400% * $75,000 = $300,000.
