Ants. Carpenter ants. Just got some gel bait today and surrounded the house with diatomaceous earth.

We had pavement ants a few weeks ago around the foundation; they seem to like to be around the chimney. Did the Terro ant baits inside and out and sprinkled the diatomaceous earth. Don't see any more right now.

Same here. Flying carpenter ants. Seem to have nested in our front window sill. Powdered and baited outside and in, I've had to cordon off our front room killing field the from puppy.

Outside I just spotted a yellow butterfly which flew off, likely a Brimstone

We have baby bunnies every year. Squirrels too.

Weirdly enough we have a squirrel this year with a ringed tail. I think aq racoon got hold of mom.

Until yesterday I had never seen Bighorn Sheep in New Mexico. We saw this group of females and young wandering on the edge of the gorge at the Rio Grande Gorge bridge just north of Taos.

I’ve only seen the grown bunnies in my yard, no babies. But those bunnies came from SOMEWHERE!

Having coffee on the deck. There was a squirrel digging in a mole hill. He dug himself like a foxhole. Never saw them do that before.

Baby Mr. Bunn camouflaged himself in a pile of leaves near where he toppled yesterday and stayed there for hours. Not there today.

I figured out this morning when I saw the whole plant wilted that a damn chipmunk chewed off the stem of a cucumber plant an inch above ground. Goner. Grrrr....

I blamed the chipmunk but a squirrel was actually the perpetrator. My neighbor saw him yesterday afternoon around dinner time in the bed where the two burpless cuke plants are.
