Reading about walnut trees, I discovered they are never felled. The wood is so valuable they are dug out!

Two kinds of thyme. One is lemon thyme and I don’t remember what the other one is.

I love that windblown and wild English garden type of garden. Especially with lots of roses.

Our tiger lilies are about to bloom. Our yellow rambling roses are about done. The deep purple clematis is making a fine show. Still waiting for my pink antique damask roses to bloom--tons of buds swelling, but no flowers yet. Maybe they need food? We have lots of blue flax blooming, too. I still have so much weeding to finish so I can get my annual seeds in before it is too late. The tomato bed is ready--just have to wait for the winter weather to pass.

My roses are very young and probably not in ideal locations to thrive. But I have two blossoms!

Here's some Mock Orange (philadelphus?) with wonderful scent

@AndyD I have a mock orange bush. The perfume is heady. Love it.

We’re in Canada in a charming little town called Niagara on the Lake. Six block downtown area is lined with flowers on both sides of the street; pots, planters, you name it.

                            Beautiful!

Empress Wu Hosta. It's huge! I dare say about 5 feet tall.

Although it doesn't flower, the ferns next to the Hosta are just as big.

I don't have many Foxgloves this year. Only a few plants scattered about the yard. (But I have more Hollyhocks than ever before! Looking forward to them blossoming, one of my favorites.)
