Trump proposes a new immigration program where foreigners can pay $5 Million to gain legal permanent residency in the USA, with pathway to citizenship. Dubbed the "gold card," it is meant to replace the EB-5 "investor immigration" program.

I look forward to welcoming more rich people into my country.

Pressed if a Russian oligarch would be eligible, Trump said "possibly," adding that there are "some Russian oligarchs that are very nice people."

Well, a representative of oligarchs naturally wouldn't have a problem with oligarchs. I've wondered more than once if winning the Cold War wasn't a curse in disguise.

Out of date thinking. Everything is going to a subscription model these days.

$5mil per year would be the way to go.

What percentage goes to Musk and Trump's pockets?
