The pet thread

I think @AndyD mentioned something about starting a thread with photos of our pets. Here we go....
We are dogless these days, but have had a bunch of animal friends along the way, specifically four goldens, three Newfs, our little rescue Raffi, and four cats.
The Raffster aka Little Buzzy. Arthritic, deaf, not housebroken, a biter. We loved him all the same.
Our last Newfie, Mambo. We had her for almost 14 years. Great pup and typical of her breed. Sweet temperament, protective, and surprisingly un-drooly for a Newf.
A cropped version of this pic is my avatar. My once-in-a-lifetime canine buddy Maggie with Mr wtg. Maggie was an old soul in canine clothing.
A tolerant Maggie lets her chum Lucy rest on top of her head. Lucy was at the end of the line when smarts were handed out, but was the most joyful creature I've ever known.

Dallas. The best all around companion I’ve ever had. He died in 2020 and I still miss him every day.
