This castle isn't situated on flat ground.

    It's an awkward landscape.

It's all ugly and creepy imo

@Daniel "Unsuspecting guests dropped through a secret trap door.

Reminds me of the old b&w film "The Hidden Hand"

      The industrial revolution cheapened everything.

        Even the folly is ugly.

This same guy bought a massive Hawaiian estate, and immediately petitioned the State to evict anciet, land holders off their land, because there are laws regarding paper titles and land possession there that I don't understand as well as I'd like...

Hawaiians are a rare people now. I think there were less than 8,000 full-blooded Hawaiians 30 years ago.

I knew several of them. You won't see them in a tourism brochure. That's for sure.

These billionaires who are buying up property in places like Hawaii have distorted the real estate markets and economies in these states.

My first impression of a house, in pictures, and clearly in real life, is an intuition, a kind of imprint like a picture.

I'm the same way with cars.

This method usually works if I'm being honest.

Edit- disclaimer- do your due diligence. I'm not saying buy something on a whim.
