I didn't have proof until now but given the amount of real estate research I've been doing lately I think I'm gaining specific knowledge as well as an intuitive grasp of markets.
I'm sure I have no particular talent for the topic but I've immersed myself in it.

Just when you thought it was safe to go back in the water-- it's time to hire yet another lawyer.
