Thousands of companies are jockeying for billions of dollars in Defense Department contracts to build a shield designed to intercept and destroy missiles launched against the United States.
But amid the intense competition, a handful of firms have an important inside connection.

I did some searching.

Apparently, this is the missile the Iranians are using.

The problem is it doesn't curve high into the atmosphere and come down again. It glides at a relatively low altitude and very high speed.

It can change course when it's near a target.

It evades air defense systems by not following a normal trajectory and by the fact that by the time an alarm can be sounded there isn't enough time for people in the street to reach a shelter.

Of course, a lot of people aren't going to be in the street in the first place.

Netanyahu seems to be a nihilist for all intents and purposes. He's definitely considering using nuclear weapons.

Trump has created a terrible situation for the US and for the world in deciding to or agreeing to attack Iran.
