Chicago Man Jumps Into Lake To Save Baby After Stroller Blows Into Water: ‘I Guess I’m Going In’

Lio Cundiff — who can’t swim — was out for a walk when strong winds blew a stroller with a baby inside into the lake Wednesday. He jumped in, holding the stroller above water until bystanders helped pull them to safety near Belmont Harbor.
