I like the house, grounds, and surrounding ocean a lot.

I can't imagine being able to own it obviously, but the thought of the running it and specifically the fact it couldn't be run without a small community of staff, would probably ruin the privacy of living there for me.

I wouldn't want to deal with a it.

Extraordinary property in any case.

Love the location, to live by the sea like that. The house is not my style but it is special and probably built to take advantage of 270 degree views
