Extremely rare ectopic pregnancy that implanted "on the sidewall of the pelvis" near the liver and "hidden by a basketball-sized ovarian cyst."
Most ectopic pregnancies do not end well. But in this case the baby developed to full term. The surgical team that delivered the baby said the mother "lost all her blood" during surgery and was kept alive with infusion.
I wish I can see her scans.
