What do you think about this one?

It's on a good street. It has a luxury bathroom. The washer and dryer are inside. It had a lot of floor space.
It's a lot bordering a two lane road. It's the same road where the back gate is located. This proximity to the road isn't ideal but I could live with it as a trade off.
I'm not going to be doing any renovations. I have no interest at all.

Looks nice!
I like the front windows.

Thanks, everyone!
I forgot to mention this one has a wheelchair (or walker) ramp so that's desirable.
The prices have fallen dramatically. I don't know why because "affordable housing" in this metro region is a sad joke (so different than back in the day).
wtg, Yes. The trade war with Canada is the only logical reason I can think. Their vacation homes were about 1/2 the units here. This park actually removed its Canadian flag because Americans complained it should not be flown as high as the US flag. And then it disappeared. Can you believe that?
The Canadians never liked us because these were vacation homes for them (in a foreign country no less). They looked down on us (whatever). I imagine the trouble of crossing the border didn't help.
You can tell when a place has been well maintained.
This is kind of a big place for one person but it's my second choice now.
My 1 bedroom is still for sale. I went to look at it from the outside last night.
It will be a cash deal. There are still some at high prices. Im not interested in them.
I like the idea of not needing to go outside to do laundry. Who wouldn't?

I don't see a ballroom . . .

Looks really good. Nice room sizes. I can't get over the price. Why so low? (Up here, much smaller prefabs would be ~150K, nicer ones well over $200K).

The prices are amazing for the ones that are renovated and need nothing done to them!
Maybe I'll demolish 1/3 of it and build a ballroom.
Oh, wait!
They wouldn't give me a permit!

I do too. I like the way they look and they're likely to be recent replacements given the looks of this place.
