Regardless on whether they change their opinions on tariffs and/or government subsidies, most likely they will keep voting for Trump/GOP.

I think there's too much us vs them in this country leading to us not knowing all of us are us and not knowing what we're up against if that makes any sense.

Called a farmer the day after the news about soybeans broke. Asked him whether he was mad at Trump now. His reply could be summed up as "huh".
