Is your car gay?

No self-respecting gay man would be caught dead in my car.

Where is the eye roll emoji on this site?
BTW, re this, from the article:
Many conservatives are ideologically opposed to driving cars that use electric power and associate the energy that a car uses with a lack of masculinity and homosexuality.
I mean, I already knew that there are people who actually take this position, but seeing it in text like that, like it's a normal position, on a normal political spectrum, just underscores the ridiculousness, the sheer idiocy, of the right, to say nothing of the way homophobia permeates the thinking here....

@wtg I mostly love this site, but the descriptors they use for emoji leave something to be desired! I typed in eye_roll in various always and didn’t find it.
Or rather, i should say… -
@DeweyLOU
LOL, what is it? I must get one. -
@ShiroKuro
Yes, homophobia is a force. We need more ways to poke fun at the stupid
things guys do because of their homophobia. -

@DeweyLOU hmmm... you do have a point.

@Mik I agree. It is just a car. I remember when I was told my turbo Subaru Outback was a mom's car. This came from a man who drove an ancient Jeep Wrangler without a heater.
-
@DougG Not touching that. As in, not touching that.

I’m still too close to years of driving $100 beaters around to get too uppity and proud of a car.
Although I took a long look at one of the retro T-Birds today.
