          Yah, I wonder how much it would cost to replace that tile roof .... if it's the original 1929 stuff.

              Cant have a railing there. That staircase is where Errol Flynn and Basil Rathbone have their sword fight.

              Also you could do the scene from To Catch a Thief on that roof. And the colonnade reminded me of the race around the courtyard at Cambridge in Chariots of Fire.

                  It’s rare to replace one of those roofs. What usually happens is they take off the tile, put new waterproofing paper down and put the tile back again.

                  Nice house!
