        Sweet!

Did you see his list of videos? That kiddo has a large and wide-ranging repertoire....😀

@wtg He posts almost every day and he learns everything by listening or watching. What I love most about him is his joy in playing. That smile when he turns to the camera! This is what making music is about.

I went through some of his videos last night and made the mistake of reading too many comments. There is one Russian in particular who constantly harps on how awful his playing is, how many wrong notes there are, how he shouldn't be playing these pieces because he's not ready, how he needs to find a teacher right away, he needs to spend time in drudgery playing scales repeatedly, etc. etc. It nearly made me sick.

Yes, if he wants to get serious about being a performer (not the same thing as being a musician) he would benefit from the right teacher. But a kill joy like that Russian person would be a catastrophe.

@Bernard - Yes, that was my reaction to his playing, too. He's pure joy.

There's part of me that wishes he had a better piano, but from what I saw, the one he has detracts not one whit from his enjoyment.

Thanks for sharing his video here. I'll have a place to go to get a pick-me-up when I need one!
