The hell of it is that none of this will make any difference in the communities affected. Joe Biden could give every one of them a pony, a go cart and ice cream cone and they’ll still vote - assuming they can get to a polling place - for Trump.

Haven’t you heard? Biden is slowing down recovery in rural areas that are heavily Republican so that they can’t vote.
