I found the perfect house

This is a cute house in the town I grew up in. Of course, if it were mine I'd be changing the interior decoration. I swear, the interiors of every listing I look at online these days looks the same. Seen one, seen them all. No individuality, almost exclusively white, grey, polished metal. I don't think this period will be looked back upon as one of beautiful interiors.
But the layout of this house looks pretty cool, and the fact that it's on the lake. I don't like how close the neighbors are, though. My favorite part is the kitchen. Nice. Perfect vacation home if one can afford such things.
