Lollapalooza returns to Chicago - yesterday was the first day.
We can see a little slice of the park from our apartment and hear some of the music, though a new highrise that went up serves as a decent noise block from the stages. Other years we had gotten out of town, but opted to stay this year. Always interesting to see the choice of outfits!

We're heading down to the North Michigan Ave part of the world in a little while. Hopefully it'll be early enough and far away enough that we won't run into any traffic issues. Looks like all the closed streets are well south, down in your neck of the woods.
