You know my thoughts about this topic. These conversations tend to go in circles. I'll probably comment on Gaza soon. My brain needs a rest at the moment.

So, yesterday I get a panicked text from my brother.

There isn't $202,000 in the MetLife annuities account for him.

This is very curious because I myself was told it contained $16,000 and $13,000 under subsidiary companies MetLife bought out.

I was told this by my cousin months ago.

These accounts don't go to us. They go to the estate first.

Bottom line-- my brother has to put the house on the market.

I received not one hint of this until yesterday. My father passed last October.

So, now I have to live with the sociopath in the uninhabitable trailer for maybe an extra six months.

My brother and cousin have been conspiring from Day 1.

My cousin slipped up and told me my father had a new will and come hell or high water for two years refused to sign it.

I have it on good authority from my brother's ex-wife he didn't want to sign it. My brother has Stage IV cancer. He thought my brother would die first.

Everybody, the sociopath, his family, my cousin, and my brother is leaning on me too much.

I want them all out of my life.

The fact it involves Medicaid, Medicare, and the ACA (even in the case of Medicaid) means the middle class will be affected by it.

It sure would be nice if folks would wake up even if it is too late and the healthcare system has already been gutted. I guess people are distracted, or on vacation, or something.

The part I don't understand is why the protests have been negligible when the last time he was going to gut healthcare the protests were massive.
