Why is FB sending me notifications...

FB's app is uninstalled (I just double checked) and they just sent me a notification again.
This makes my phone make its notification sound as if something real has happened.
Make that make sense.
Their endless notifications are why I uninstalled it.
I'm beginning to feel like Zorba.

I received a notification in writing when I checked my scroll down notifications. It gave me the option to unsubscribe and to report spam. I did both.
I also when through specific app notification permissions in my setting and turned off the ones I didn't want.
So, in fairness to FB, it has nothing to do with FB. Ok.
