I have never read such a delicious ambush. Spinotti probably thought he had nailed it, and Chotiner makes him look like a ridiculous ass (which he seems to be). The stiletto went in one ear and came out the other, and Spinotti never even noticed.

I wouldn't mind being paid $45,000,000.00 to "promote" a movie that's sold in the neighborhood of five tickets per show in theaters world-wide.
Apparently, it's a rags to riches story of a woman who migrates to America from a poor country and works hard.
Ivana had brains, a work ethic, glamour, and charisma. Melania has none of the above.
Marla Maples seems to have been a brazen gold digger (as was Sarah Ferguson, as the rumors said from the beginning) and a blip on the radar screen.

Wealth disparity was "a thing" for a long time. Now it's reached Gilded Age levels.
I bet it you took away electricity and modern appliances (and automobiles) everything would look similar to the way it did then.
Inviting scrutiny about her life story wasn't the best idea imo but they clearly know there will never be any consequences for any of it.
