Really interesting series on PBS about recent excavations at the Pompeii site. I haven't been there, so didn't really have a good concept of what the site looks like. This series provides an amazing look at what archeologists are uncovering there.

I was actually nearby on a trip to Italy in 1977, in Sorrento and Capri, but didn't manage to fit in a trip to Pompeii.
