Unless broken means ‘occasionally issues rulings I disagree with’. I think a colorable argument could be made that it’s the most functional branch we have.

Court packing to me seems like an especially bad idea at a game theoretic level. What’s to stop the other party from raising it to 18 people next time they have power? Then 25 after that?

The thread title is making fun of his saying do it ‘now’. Does he really want the current president to have 4 more scotus picks?
