<p dir="auto">I've always said that handsome men and pretty boys (a term of art meant to describe only males over the age of consent, to be clear) are a dime a dozen.</p>

It's a judgment call. In the way you are using, "alright," "alright" is definitely the choice I'd make. It's informal and fits the sentiment of your sentence.</p>
