<![CDATA[NY Times recipes — read the comments!]]>I try a new Times recipe about once a week. In about a quarter of those, there’s a problem that presents itself during cooking. And then I go to the comments and one or more people have done the troubleshooting and reported back. If I’d checked the comments beforehand, I could have made the correction.

Is that your experience?

But I do that with all internet recipes.

I don’t use them all, based on what I know about our tastes, but I definitely check!
